The 2021 Chardonnay Cuvée Anne is purely scented of quice, beeswax and saline with accents of acacia flowers. The light-bodied palate is electric and flinty, with its deep, youthful fruit uncoiling slowly, and it has a long, shimmery finish. It will take plenty of time in the bottle to unwind.

A ripe youthful yellow hue, the 2021 Chardonnay Cuvee Anne is once again an outstanding entry to the range of Chardonnay, where Ken Pahlow takes things to the highest level. Loads of flint, ripe apples, vibrant citrus, and wet stones are amplified in a way not many others can achieve. Medium-bodied, with outstanding, balanced, ripe fruit on the palate, it has a silky texture and energetic acidity that is persistent and lasting on the palate along with clean lift. This is one of the best if not the best calling card for Oregon Chardonnay at this price point you can find. Drink 2023-2030.

This Chardonnay is a "must own." Steely aromas of wet slate, sweet lemon and fresh-cut grass are invigorating and summer-like. Brisk acidity and a crisp texture brace flavors like lemon drop hard candies, toasted filberts and a trace of grapefruit. It is made with fruit from Justice, Koosah, Sojeau and Witness Tree Vineyards.
