Unique on their own, Grenache and Malbec are married
in the nursery to create Caladoc. Hints of potpourri and fresh potting soil highlight the earthiness of this varietal, as notes of red plum and cranberry begin to open up as well. A chalky, flint like tannin structure forms on the front palate, and slowly builds to flavors of blueberry jam and ripe fig.
